The IFOAM EU Group is looking for an Intern starting from September 2008 (about 1/2 year)
Take your chance for an interesting and qualifying experience in the political scene in Brussels!
The IFOAM EU Group is the European working level of IFOAM, the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements. It represents the whole organic sector in Europe, ranging from consumer and producer organisations, processors and retailers to certifiers, consultants and researchers. Through its Brussels based office the IFOAM EU Group plays a key role in defending and promoting organic interests in Europe.
What you get from us:
- Work and experience in agricultural policy at the European level, e.g. decision making processes of the European Commission
- Overview of EU institutions, agendas
- Meetings with officials, IFOAM member organisations, NGOs…
- Assisting in the coordination of the organic movement in Europe

What we expect from you:
